OverDrive Dispatch ("OverDrive Dispatch", "we", "us") provides truck dispatching services to owner-operators and small fleets from Dallas, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you apply through our website, we collect the information you enter in the form:
- Your full name, phone number and email address
- Your MC or DOT number
- Your truck type, operating area, and whether you currently work with a dispatcher
- Anything you choose to tell us about your biggest challenge
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To review your application and contact you about our dispatch services
- To provide dispatch services if you become a client, including finding loads, negotiating rates and handling broker paperwork
- To answer your questions and keep records of our communication
- To keep our website secure and working properly
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run this website and receive applications: Vercel (website hosting) and Formspree (form delivery). They process it on our behalf.
- If you become a client, with brokers, shippers and load boards as needed to book and move your loads
- When required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
Fonts and site preferences
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. If you switch between day and night mode, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as needed to review your application and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required for business or legal records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at info@overdrivedispatch.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and our website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for adult professional drivers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
